Moonlight has been a provider of fruits from California since 1918. Moonlight specializes in a variety of fruits, including peaches, nectarines, plums, pluots, table grapes, oranges, lemons, mandarins, and pomegranates.

Before our Work

In response to the customer's request, our team focused on optimizing the robot and conveyor programming to improve the system's cycle rate. Through an extensive analysis of the existing programming structure, we identified specific areas for improvement and developed customized solutions. Our thorough examination and evaluation allowed us to identify potential enhancements and devise effective strategies aimed at maximizing the system's performance.

During the Process

After successfully improving the cycle time, the customer expressed their desire to rearrange the existing production lines to accommodate a third line for each robot, as well as space for an additional robot with two more palletizing lines. The customer provided all the required peripherals for the project. MARA Solutions took charge of the controls and software implementation on-site to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

After our Work

Upon the successful culmination of the project, the client acquired an additional four lines dedicated to the processing of their agricultural products. The integration of robotic technology significantly bolstered productivity and efficiency within the operational framework of the facility.
